Processing Time All products at Hawthorne & Grey Limited are made to order with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for production once your order is received.
Shipping Times (Estimated) Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days after production
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after production
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Shipping Carriers Orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner and may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers depending on your location.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.
