At Hawthorne & Grey Limited, your satisfaction is our priority. Because all of our products are made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing preferences. Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@hawthornegreygifts.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Wrong Address If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
